Elizabeth Gullaher, RD, MHSc, BSc

Elizabeth Gullaher, R.D., M.H.Sc. provides nutrition counselling services for a variety of health conditions. As a nutrition expert, Elizabeth is passionate about helping others lead a healthier life and helping them succeed in their nutrition and health goals. Her caring and dedicated approach encourages a comfortable, supportive environment for her patients. Elizabeth’s goal is to empower and educate individuals to make informed decision that will set them up for long-term success. Additionally, she integrates principles of mindful and intuitive eating to help you learn how to appreciate and enjoy the food you eat that nourishes your body.

Elizabeth completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Western Ontario, graduating with honours. She completed a Masters of Health Science and later a Dietetic Internship at North York General Hospital. Elizabeth’s professional experience includes working in hospital and outpatient settings in the various areas, including Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating, Diabetes Care, Mental Health, Intensive Care, Rehabilitation and Community Health.

As a member of several organizations, including the Dietitians of Canada, the College of Dietitians of Ontario, Canadian Nutrition Society, American Society of Nutrition, Today’s Dietitian and the Nutrition Resource Centre, and various professional dietetic networks, Elizabeth stays informed and up-to-date on the most recent literature to provide her clients with expert, research-based care.
