Juliette Tilbury is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from York University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from The University of Waterloo.
Juliette currently works in private practice with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She provides support to clients experiencing life transitions, trauma, emergency / first responder services, grief, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and addictions, perfectionism, parenting, as well as school and behavioural issues.
Juliette engages in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and a variety of other therapeutic modalities best suited to each unique client. Particular areas of focus have included: children’s mental health, treatment of self-harm behaviours, and crisis and suicide intervention.
Juliette is honoured to be supporting clients as they gain lifelong coping and problem-solving skills and develop mindfulness in their daily living. Providing a client-centred, inclusive, and safe experience is her first priority in practice.
