Kadir Ibrahim

Clinical Therapist

Kadir Ibrahim earned his Master’s degree in Counselling, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Nova Southeastern University. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Medaille College in Buffalo.

He has experience working in public and private clinics providing psychological and psycho-educational assessments for children and adolescents as well as providing assessment and treatment to adults experiencing a range of psychological difficulties.

At the Therapy Centre, Kadir supports adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, health related issues including chronic pain, and addictions. He primarily works within a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) framework and emphasizes the client’s individual strengths, needs and goals.

Kadir values the therapeutic relationship and sees it as a central component of the work that he does with his clients. His warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental approach to psychotherapy nurtures a safe and supportive environment where clients can process their experiences and engage in self exploration which he believes promotes insight and fosters growth.

Kadir Ibrahim works at the Oakville Location and offers virtual services throughout Ontario.
