Katarina O’Donnell, M.C., C.Psych is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, and a member of the Ontario Psychological Association. Katarina’s professional background includes a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University, Alberta and experience providing psychological services to adults. She has worked with adults of various ages in settings such as family practice clinics and the University of Calgary Wellness Centre.
Katarina has worked with adults to resolve concerns including depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, emotional regulation, and life transitions. She has also provided psychological services to university students for academic and career concerns.
Katarina works within a framework that incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). She uses a strength-based approach that is collaborative in nature, with a focus on developing the therapeutic relationship. She offers an inviting space that is respectful, warm, and compassionate.
