Lauren joined our team in 2018 and is your first point of contact at our Oakville location. She ensures that all client inquiries, referrals and documentation are handled with confidentiality, sensitivity and respect. In addition to the admission of clients, Lauren’s role as Front Desk Coordinator includes attending to client needs, supporting the clinicians on staff at all three locations, managing third party requests and ensuring the day-to-day operations in reception run smoothly.
Lauren has over nine years’ experience working in mental health services. She is an honours graduate from the Emergency Services Communications Program at Seneca College, which gave her a firsthand view of the front line and behind the scenes roles of first responders and emergency service personnel. She has worked with community based, social service programs in the past and has a special interest in this area.
Lauren looks forward to speaking with you and welcoming you to our office, alongside Loraine. Lauren is in the office Mondays to Thursdays from 9:00am – 6:30pm.
