Liana serves as your initial point of contact at The Therapy Centre for all assessment inquiries. In her capacity as the Intake Coordinator for the assessment department, she plays a crucial role in the booking process, conducting client interviews to thoroughly assess your needs. Liana’s commitment ensures that all client referrals and inquiries are treated with the utmost confidentiality, sensitivity, and respect. Beyond her role as an Intake Coordinator, Liana also takes on responsibilities as an office administrator. Working closely with our team of clinicians, she assists in scheduling, booking, and invoicing. Liana is dedicated to facilitating a smooth and supportive experience for both clients and staff.
Liana has her honours degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and is currently completing her Master of Education in Developmental Psychology at The University of Toronto-OISE. Liana also has a Research Analyst graduate certificate from Humber College, where she has completed research placements at The Hospital for Sick Children and in various developmental psychology labs with her professors.
Liana looks forward to speaking with you and welcoming you to our office. She is in the office bi-weekly from 4:30 – 7:30pm and 10am-2pm on Saturdays.
