Vrinda Ahuja is a registered Psychological Associate in Supervised Practice who received her Master’s in Philosophy in clinical psychology from Pandit B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences in India.
Vrinda currently works in private practice providing assessment and treatment services to adults. She understands collectivistic as well as individualistic perspectives and has worked with diverse multi-cultural populations. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Haryanvi.
Vrinda has extensive experience working with a variety of issues, including anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, mood disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and body image issues.
She is trained extensively in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Psychotherapy (SFBT), Relaxation Training along with Mindfulness-Based techniques.
