Gina Esta holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Toronto and is currently completing her MSc in Psychotherapy at McMaster University.
She brings three years of experience conducting psycho-educational assessments in English and French, helping clients understand their strengths and challenges so that care can be tailored to them. Gina works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning differences, and more. Her background also includes research experience and volunteer work on crisis helplines.
Her practice is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based care, with a special interest in mindfulness-based approaches. Gina believes everyone deserves a safe space to explore their inner world and be their best self. Empowering her clients is at the heart of her work.
