She works with life concerns such as break-ups, anxiety, stress, grief, depression, anger, self-concept/self-esteem, trauma, vicarious trauma, addiction/substance use, life transitions, interpersonal and communication challenges. Justine takes a relational, strength-based, client centered approach to therapy. She believes people are the experts in their own lives, and every person’s journey and experiences are unique to them. Justine pulls from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Narrative/Arts-based therapeutic modalities.

Justine’s approach to therapy is gracious and direct. She aims to balance compassion with thoughtful challenge, creating a space where clients feel supported while also being encouraged to examine patterns and perspectives that may be limiting their growth.

Justine values humor and comedy and is a graduate of Second City’s Improvisation Conservatory Program. In her free time, Justine enjoys going on hikes with her giant sweet dog, exercising, writing, and trying out new recipes.
