Sarah Krupat

Registered Dietitian

Sarah Krupat is a licensed Registered Dietitian through the College of Dietitians of Ontario. She completed her undergraduate degree in Applied Science in Food and Nutrition at Toronto Metropolitan University and then completed her dietetic practicum through Toronto Metropolitan University in collaboration with North York General Hospital. Her counselling approach fosters an intuitive, non-diet, weight inclusive approach.

Sarah uses evidence-based, client-centered care to counsel individuals to help them heal their relationship with food.

She has training in both adolescent and adult eating disorders, using various approaches (such as Family-Based Therapy and Motivational Interviewing (MI)) to help each client reach their nutrition goals. Sarah will work with you to make you feel confident about choosing nutritious foods that your body needs.

What To Expect:

The first session will include an in-depth initial nutrition assessment to learn about your specific needs and nutrient requirements. Sarah will work closely with you to develop an individualized approach to help you reach your nutrition, health and lifestyle goals.
