Jodi Vezina-Sam, M.A., C.Psych
Clinical Psychologist
Jodi Vezina-Sam is a registered Psychologist who received her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. She is a member of The College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), and provides assessment and treatment to adults in clinical psychology.
Jodi’s professional background is comprised of over 14 years experience in an array of settings. These include positions at Etobicoke Medical Centre Family Health Team providing assessment and treatment, Cleveland Clinic Canada’s Executive Health Program, an Employee Assistance Program and SickKids hospital conducting psychometric testing.
Jodi is experienced in treating anxiety and mood disorders, sleep issues, stress management, self-esteem, interpersonal problems, and has a special interest in eating disorders and trauma. She has extensive experience in providing individual and group therapy using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She has also been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and incorporates acceptance and mindfulness-based approaches into her clinical practice.
Jodi focuses on identifying each individual’s needs, building a welcoming and collaborative relationship to help clients achieve their goals and facilitate growth for lasting change.
Jodi Vezina-Sam works out of the Oakville Location and offers virtual services throughout Ontario.
