Black Lives Matter
Systemic racism, discrimination and trauma play a huge role in the ongoing mental health struggles that many people face each day. We at The Therapy Centre stand in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement. With the ongoing tragedies faced by Black, Indigenous, and other racialized minorities in our country and abroad, we believe that it is our duty to stand with and listen to those who are fighting for change.
